You may not be able to photoshop a real smile- but not all pictures involve people smiling especially now a days. You can't pretend that people look exactly the same in pictures and in person. You can change the angle, the lighting, photoshop your insecurities & what not but in person it's not like that unless you wear a lot of make up. Your writing is very flawed.
My writing is not flawed. I am speaking from my perspective, my opinion. And IT IS THE SAME PERSON behind makeup and editing. And that wasn’t my point anyway .My point was that sure someone edits their pictures, but that does not change the fact that they are beautiful without it.
when people say shes prettier in pictures. its all fake
how can people say that? sure someone edits their pictures sometimes but when it all comes down to it, are those sparkly eyes fake? no. is that genuinely beautiful smile edited? no. is that bubbly personality that shines even in a picture fake? surely it is not. I honestly think that those who say ones beauty is fake and edited, are blind to the true beauty at hand.
sometimes I like keeping my little secrets inside. sometimes venting isn’t the right thing. you don’t want to see those looks. those looks of pitty or sorrow. sometimes its just easier to slap on a fake smile and cover up those secrets. pretend they aren’t there and move on. then you don’t have to vent. you don’t have to talk about a damn thing.
